Companies

The company list mirrors the organisations you support, with status (active/prospect), city, and device/site counts.

NM Companies

Open a company for its full profile — sites, devices, and documentation attached to it.

Companies sync from the Helpdesk

Your company list is kept in step with Settings → Companies automatically — add a client there and it appears here, no re-entering. The Helpdesk owns each company's name; everything else on this page (address, sites, devices, credentials, documents) lives only in NetManager. See Administration → Companies for the full picture, including what happens when a company is deleted.

Sites

Physical locations per company: offices, branches, data-centre spaces. Racks and devices are placed at sites, building the full company → site → rack → device hierarchy.
