Settings → License manages your NexaDesk subscription.

License

Activating

Enter the license key you received with your subscription. The instance validates it against the NexaDesk license service and unlocks the features included in your plan (e.g. NetManager, seat count).

How validation behaves

  • The license re-validates daily in the background
  • Offline tolerance: if your server temporarily can't reach the license service, everything keeps working for up to 14 days on the last valid state
  • License grants are cryptographically signed — the page shows your plan, expiry, seats, and enabled features

When a license expires or can't validate

Licensed features (like NetManager) hide from the UI and their APIs deny access; core ticketing keeps functioning. Renew or fix connectivity and the features return on the next validation (or restart the API to re-check immediately).

Seats

Your plan includes a seat count for staff users. Requesters are unlimited.
